Review on ๐ŸŽฎ ASUS Dual-Fan EVO Edition GeForce RTX 2060 Overclocked 6G GDDR6 VR Ready Graphics Card HDMI DisplayPort DVI (DUAL-RTX2060-O6G-EVO) by Andy Jolley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Mine runs about the same at 1070 (if you don't mind the loud clicks at 5000rpm)

it can run most games I've played to date on Ultra with no noticeable frame drops. The game in my inventory includes top notch Origin games like bf 5 and Anthem as well as Steam games like Farcry 5, Fallout 4, Metro Last Light and gta 5. The only time I found any issues was in Battle Field 5 when I turned on DXR to giggle. It worked surprisingly smoothly everywhere except in the city, and even then it was only at the beginning of the map. The actual gameplay was not affected. In terms of noise, I've had a dual-fan GTX 660 and a dual-fan RX 580, both louder than this card, even when revved up. I had to open the side case to make sure the fan was working. This is my first fan style graphics card and I've always heard they have noise issues, but this is the quietest graphics card I've had in years. For the price per pound this thing seems to go head to head with a 1070 and that's $100-200 new so I think it's in good shape. Still a bit pricey for me, but I don't regret my purchase. Edit: So I ran into a problem with the map. It has a noisy fan. It happened during installation but I thought it was paper but it came back. Louder than ever, with a vengeance. Took it out and noticed some of the screw heads had tool marks on them. I hope they didn't send me a full price refurbished one. I need to go into production now that the Amazon lemon period is over. Oh I still don't regret the purchase but I am very disappointed.
