Bought over a year ago and still in use today. Well, I just didn't get it, nor the nice packaging, and like most I give it 5 stars. I used it on a Dell laptop with 2 external monitors, 2 SSDs, keyboard/mouse. If it works, it's great. The problem is that sometimes external monitors do not receive a signal. Disconnecting and connecting to USB3.0 makes the monitors work, but then the laptop monitor turns off. Unfortunately, Plugable tech support will tell you to basically unplug and plug cables and of course uninstall and install software. Finally turned off the power today. I spent most of half the day turning all the monitors on at the same time and getting the USB ports working. I'm done with this. My suggestion is to avoid this Chinese product and look for something else.
