There is no motion detector here. You have to actually touch the witch to cause movement.
Disappointed that it came with a motion sensor. There's no point hanging it from a tree or porch if you really have to get up and touch the item to cause movement. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. Description of a small misdirection.
