I have two of these and they work very well. Surprisingly bright and very durable. When my second arrived, I charged it per instructions but it would not turn on, repeated but it wouldn't work, so rather than return via Revain, I emailed Loftek directly (at: techsupport@loftek.us) and Joyce shipped a replacement promptly, which works fine.
