I bought these for a new car as I thought they would look nice as opposed to plain plastic caps. There was an error. After driving it for 5 months, one tire reported low pressure (not necessarily the hubcap's fault). When I tried to inflate the tire with air, I could not remove the cap. Even later, with two pliers, the cap was not removed. Took it to a tire shop to pay $75 for a new valve and sensor. I was basically told that oxidation had melted those caps into the valve threads. I'm feeling great right now.
