Computer arrived and works great. There's a little song there. I have never offered a refurbished or restored car in such great condition. Virtually no cosmetic problems. I had a little trouble setting up the headphone mic and keyboard. I called tech support (My Technology Geeks) the first time Lucas helped me with my headphones and keyboard, the second call was Sudhendra. Both spoke clearly, understood my question, repeated it to make sure I understood and were very patient with me. . The hold time was less than a minute and I got up and ran very fast. From now on I will never buy a used computer from anyone who doesn't use this tech support. This was my best tech support experience in 20 years. And the computer works great too!
