I ordered this for a friend whose very very old desktop PC (Windows Vista) would not boot. We reviewed the options and he decided to try the updated device to save money. Wow what a fast inexpensive refurbished computer. Mine came with 16GB RAM and a 240GB SSD, it's fully capable of handling routine office tasks. Blair Technology provided several support phone numbers as well as a nice brochure and packaging. I'm totally impressed. Other refurbished computers I've bought in the past have been completely anonymous to the repair company.

It's very small and conveniently fits in my desk drawer. There are things I've had to adjust to. All my video cables were HDMI and this is DisplayPort only - there are 2.
