Received this device at the end of August and was waiting for an evaluation. I was so scared when I bought this that I contacted the company before receiving it to make sure I had someone to talk to if I had any issues. They gave me a phone number to contact. I never had to use it, but I thought it was an exemplary part of their business. I was concerned about the signal I would get from the 'foreign key' and that wasn't a problem at all. You can laugh at the one problem that took me the longest to solve. It consisted in connecting the monitor to the device. I had 3 different flashlights that I used. These plugs with pins are very problematic for me. The price is excellent, the thickness of the device is perfect, and the tech support is definitely there when you need it. It was slow at first, but I put that down to the company doing offsite backups. Now everything is running at a good speed and I am most happy with this part of the system. I signed a two-year "warranty" in case of failure just to have peace of mind. This device is quiet, economical and fast. It's perfect for my aging years. I also read available information from both the company and online resources before hooking it up. I'm glad I did what I would have done wrong several times. exceeded my expectations. I will update with any problems I may have but don't expect them. Highly recommended.
