The team's customer service is excellent! They are always there to help me when I'm stuck and get back to me quickly. There is a lot of room for improvement with their software. Their support team is also not great at keeping up on the latest updates. It took me about a month before they updated one of my modules that was causing me issues. Also, it took them a while to update our product pages after making changes. We have had no major issues but minor ones. We needed an e-commerce platform to replace our old system that we used since 2005. Our previous software had some bugs and didn't work well with mobile devices. This new platform allows us to keep everything in one place and provide the best shopping experience possible.
