The best thing about this is that it makes life easy for the customer service team to keep track of their orders. It's very useful as well, because I can easily update my customers' information without having to go through other emails or websites. There are times when you need to send an email to your client but since we're using On Tap, our customer service team no longer needs to do so. This has saved us time as well as money. We have not encountered any issues with this software yet.
