A great tool in managing all contact requests

The best thing about this is that it makes life easy for the customer service team to keep track of their orders. It's very useful as well, because I can easily update my customers' information without having to go through other emails or websites. There are times when you need to send an email to your client but since we're using On Tap, our customer service team no longer needs to do so. This has saved us time as well as money. We have not encountered any issues with this software yet. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to streamline communication between their clients and their sales department. It helps to keep everything organized.

  • In addition ,it saves plenty more hours than if employees had been communicating by phone call instead which would be less productive due too extra steps involved such getting back into line up after each step while speaking over telephone,
