Good support if you need an arch or are flat footed.
I don't have flat feet, but I have some injuries to both my feet and I also have arthritis in my knees. Was looking to get support for correcting foot and knee pain. Since I just got them and put 1 set in a flat sandal that had basically no support, not sure yet. I almost feel it is too high an arch because I was noticing them as slightly bulky, with my right foot feeling more so that way. Have not tried the other pairs yet due to summer now and wearing open shoes mostly.
