Hopefully no one else has the same issue that I did, but for whatever reason, I couldn't find the remote in the box for the life of me. I tried it without the remote, but it's not nearly as easy to use because.well.it's vibrating (and you with it unless you step off) as you try to change the controls on the unit itself. As I was ready to pack it back up and started taking things out of the box to get the main unit back in, the remote showed up stuck to some of the packaging. My long-winded point is - if at first you don't find the remote, keep looking, as it's probably in there.Okay, my incompetence aside, what do I think of it? I like it. It's got a strong motor in it, and it vibrates the heck out of me. I mostly use it while standing on it, and it absolutely gives my legs a work out (I'm assuming from me trying to remain upright and maintain balance, which works the muscles at a high frequency). I can stand for quite a long time before my legs get tired, but they get tired on this pretty fast.The unit feels really well made, and it's hefty. I can't say that it'll last me a year, but it sure does feel like it will last much longer than that. It is a bit loud when running, but I expected that from a platform that is vibrating. So, it's not "noiseless" as the description says, but it's not bad.I haven't used the smart watch or the exercise loops, but I like the main unit.
