Great platform for customer engagement

I like most of what it does, but there are some things which could be improved upon such as emailing attachments through this app instead just downloading them in your browser etc (maybe if you're using an iPad or something). Also have seen issues with sending emails from within our CRM via Microsoft Outlook where sometimes they don't get sent out at all - so not sure why! So far everything has been great though; we've used different aspects over several years now without any problems whatsoever. I like how easy it is to use. It's flexible and can be customized to suit your needs. It has a lot of features, so it takes some time to learn everything you need. Not much, but there are a few things that could be improved. The UI is not great. There are also sometimes issues with the software crashing or freezing up. Try it out. It's worth it! We have been able to quickly customize the software to our needs.
