My poor child's face was covered in a red bumpy rash. I've heard a lot of good things about this French company, so I decided to try this product for my child's eczema. Unfortunately, his skin has deteriorated. It went away within 24 hours after we stopped using the cream. Although it didn't work out as planned, I am very grateful to Revain/Mustela for accommodating me on my return. The packaging states that it is suitable for even the most sensitive skin, which was not the case here. The company endorsed their product (which is rare); It gives me confidence that this particular cream will probably work for most other kids. Once I can identify the specific ingredients that are irritating to my child's skin, I will happily return to the Mustela brand to try other products that may work better. It's all because of the really good customer service.
