Contrary to the description, the rear brakes do NOT fit my 2010 Jetta TDI. I wanted to install them myself, but after a while I decided that my mechanic should do it. The mechanic is a veteran with many years of experience in the Audi dealership and has been running his own independent workshop for many years. After tightening the front ones, he found the rear ones were wrong. Since I had already paid for the work, I had no choice but to ask him to find the right parts. There are so many different rear brake specs for this year and model that he had to order 5 different sets to find the right replacement and get me on track. So what should I do with a new set of rear brakes that I can't use?
