After 20,000 km installation (along with ARP, HG bolts, EGR cooler upgrade, STC, risers/plugs) on my F2006 6.0 2006, EOT and ECT temperature delta is now an average of 12-15 degrees. An ominous coolant bypass was also installed and the coolant serviced along with a backwash which now averages 8-10 degrees. Too bad these layers of coolant are so small that they clog so easily. Instead of an expensive external mount, a cooler with an updated design should be made.
