This thing was difficult to install and the instructions are pretty useless. I'm not an electrician but I've installed a lot of lighting fixtures: it's doable but you have to know how to handle things like this and be prepared for it to take over an hour. Tip: You can set up a separate light. Height after installation, so don't worry beforehand. Tip: I hung the mount by attaching the extra length of cable from the adjustable brackets to the ceiling mount screws while I did the wiring. Otherwise, 2 people are highly recommended. I installed it in my hallway for a nice effect, but not sure I would recommend it for an "upscale" location (like over a dining table) - it looks a little cheap and the individual LEDs are burnt out the lens visible. It is NOT fully dimmable - there is only a 50% dimming option, which annoyingly changes the light's temperature to a cooler setting. All in all I am satisfied and the price is right. It's very modern and fun.
