This bed frame was very easy to install. In fact, I spent more time disassembling the old bed than reassembling this frame. I managed to assemble the bed frame by myself without outside help. There is so much unused space under the bed that can be used for storage and that's why I chose this type of frame. There's 12 inches of space I can use to place boxes and other items underneath and out of sight. It's fairly light and can be moved easily, yet strong enough that I don't have to worry about the metal bar breaking and causing me to fall. I like that the slats are metal and not the typical wood that this type of bed comes with. .
