That shows me a high level of confidence in their business and it would be foolish not to give someone with such generosity a second chance. I look forward to trying their next product and would highly recommend purchasing from this company! ***Original Review*** The design and fixed thermometer are very useful features of this kettle, as is its solid construction; However, the kettle doesn't make any sounds or signals when you reach the boil, other than hearing the water pouring from your throat unless you stand there and look at it. The lid also doesn't fit well on the kettle itself and has no non-conductive parts, so use caution when removing the lid with your bare hand if necessary. With all of that said, the kettle does a great job of making pouring water easy and enjoyable.
