On my 14.5" neck, it fits a little looser than I expected. The quality of the material is good. It's perfect for keeping my whole neck warm, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're using it Expect to be able to move a lot if you put it over your mouth or nose, however the size I received was marked as an adult, I may need to order a smaller size (if they have one) although I am a 5ft Am an 11" male and weighs 175 pounds. With that in mind I bought this for use in a cold store where I walk around in boxes all day. Luckily I only need to cover my neck because the 35 degree temperatures don't make my face too tight gets cold no matter how much i move.If you want this product to be able to shovel in light snow or carry in the car until you warm up this is perfect for that.I wouldn't recommend it for 1.exercise or 2. so that something ü to cover over the neck.
