I was happy to try them as I have often seen this type of product online. I have since removed them from shooting twice and they have been very easy to set up and swing properly without losing the steel plate. One hook withstood multiple hits from a .22 cartridge and one from a .556 cartridge; 22 damage was minimal and the .556 almost halved it at one point, but it's still capable of holding a 10" 1/2" gong well. I'll probably buy a few more in case they get destroyed on the track in the future, but for the money I'm happy! I recommend shooting them AFTER you aim your weapon well to minimize their damage.
