Review on 🔌 COSORI Electric Kettle: Upgraded Stainless Steel Filter, LED Indicator, Auto Shut-Off, 1.7L Black Tea Kettle & Hot Water Boiler by Harry Love

After reviewing many different kettles with a minimal amount of plastic parts I settled on a Cosori glass teapot 1.7L. So far I'm very happy with it. The body of the teapot is made of borosilicate glass, the lid is lined with stainless steel on the inside. Even the sieve at the outlet is made of stainless steel. The result is clean hot water with little to no contact with plastic parts. The kettle is well thought out. It has a wide opening and a lid that opens so you can clean the inside by hand. The 1.7 liter kettle (the maximum water level is clearly marked) is actually much larger than the 1.7 liter kettle. This is good protection against sloshing boiling water from the kettle. Water boils strongly in a very reasonable time - 5-6 minutes at full power. Very good for making tea and other hot drinks. The blue LED backlight is pleasing, and the automatic switch-off works reliably. Don't worry about rust or plastic smell.
