I liked that it was easy to navigate through, as well very user friendly with all of its features which can be used by any level professional in this industry or even an amateur like me who is just starting out! It has many different tools so you don't have too much choice when using them but if there were more options available then maybe they could expand their business further? The platform itself does not seem overly complex however some people may find difficulty understanding how everything works together due mainly because we are still learning what each tool offers us within our day-to-day work activities; therefore at times one feature might confuse another person than help solve problems/solve issues better such as creating reports from data stored inside your database (which helps save time).
