This will do this, in the photographer they put vibration on the bed, but i put mine, and it works fine, very loud , very small evening very small so make sure you set your alarm and clock for the correct time but overall great I struggle with this a lot. I put my phone across the room, turned it on all the way, put it right next to my head, used Alexa, used multiple alarms, and despite all of that I still found a way to accidentally fall asleep on more than one occasion that fixed it . I often find myself turning off my alarm clock when I'm asleep or half asleep. My current wake-up routine, which hasn't disappointed yet, begins with my Alexa alarm going off at 5:25 am. To do this I have to say out loud (often out loud) Alexa SNOOZE. Then again at 5:35. The alarm clock gradually gets louder so if I catch it early I don't have to deal with annoying screams. Then at 5:45 all three alarms go off: the one upstairs, Alexa and my phone in the other room. It's not the most comfortable as I have to yell to Alexa to shut up and find the off button while my bed rocks loudly and my alarm clock beeps, but it works. The last step is physical steps across the room, so I'm already awake, and it doesn't matter that my phone isn't very loud at that moment, because I've already woken up with a different feeling. Hope this helps, good luck to anyone who needs this, I know if you're reading this you've been through a lot and I'm proud of your accomplishments :)
