I have a 2006 Hummer H3 and my air vents didn't work. It stayed in one position and didn't move from there. Also, I kept hearing a ticking under the dash, narrowing down the noise coming from that element. I ordered the product and received it promptly. I installed it quickly within five minutes and my air conditioning and heating are working great. I highly recommend this article if this is your problem.
