Well it definitely gets you drinking more water. It's pretty cumbersome to carry around, but it should be obvious - it's literally a gallon jug. It's probably not much better than drinking from an empty plastic jug from a grocery store, but the giant lid is pretty good, even if it's hard to grab at times. You could probably wrap a rubber band around the lid to alleviate this problem. The bottle itself is pretty sturdy and the handle makes it easy to tip. I didn't use any "fruit tea" at all, but it does make the water come out slower, which I think is good if you're having a hard time keeping nearly a full gallon of water in front of your face consistently. Nevertheless 4 stars. It's not a revolutionary product or anything, but it's pretty handy if you're trying to get into the habit of drinking more water. Small timestamps on the bottle is a good idea too, but it would be better if they used sun/moon symbols instead of this 7a-9p chart. Don't force your horrible day at work on me!
