I wouldn't spend that much on a racquet for a beginner but it's perfect for someone who plays frequently and is looking for a racquet what offers better control or requires a good racquet to spin the ball. I play at least 2-3 times (3-5 games each) a week and have not had any damage or issues with this paddle so far. Good control and light weight. But I only play for fun, sometimes tournaments with friends who also play a lot, so I can only speak about its quality for players who don't compete or practice as I don't know what anyone would expect from a paddle. . But for adults who are better or at least of average skill and play often these are great paddles. Worth the premium over the cheapest entry-level paddles.
