This review refers to ClassyLady glass folders/cases. I liked (note - past tense) the first one I bought. The first was smooth and did a great job on my brittle, dry nails. I tried several glass/crystal files. The first ClassyLady file was without a doubt the smoothest nail file I have ever used. It was an absolute favourite. It also has a metal case that protects it. I recently lost it so I was looking for the same file. This new ClassyLady is like wearing coarse sandpaper. He breaks my nails. It barely fits in a metal case. The sides scrape as it enters the case. I would give this place less than one star if I could. Very disappointing.
