Im 5'2 198lbs (i'm muscular and curvy in all the right places) 42in hips 30in waist. I bought the Large and it fit tight enough to achieve the look I wanted without highlighting my tummy/backfat. It does not breathe at all, you will be hot if you're not somewhere pretty cool. The seams are flimsy, I don't think it'll last one wash. The print is amazing as far as details go but it grays out when stretched (thigh/butt area) so if you're thicker than a snicker, size up. For the price its worth it.
