100 Piece Set Defective

First I bought a set of 40 items that my kids are obsessed with. Great design, magnets are strong, cubes are perfect and symmetrical. My boys love them so much I emailed Intock directly to inquire about larger sets with more colors as they weren't available online at the time. I never got a reply from them, but I followed them closely and finally found this set of 100 items. I ordered it quickly and we were all thrilled with the new parts and colors! Many of the dice in the 100 piece set were defective in shape and had poor magnetic function. I sent it back and asked for an exchange hoping I just got a bad batch. The second set of 100 items just arrived and much to my disappointment it's pretty much the same. Some cubes are not straight, they are not symmetrical, there are overhanging edges at some corners, and in some places the magnets repel each other almost where they should attract. Black and orange seem to be the worst for some reason. I'm really worried about returning or keeping this set because these parts just aren't very good quality and they were expensive! I think I'll be a lot more aware of the issues than my boys, but I expect they'll have less fun playing with this set as they don't perform as well.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
