Wanted to use this during training but it just doesn't work. Use with a wireless TV. No cable service. Only Netflix and other apps. The TV program must be fully loaded before you switch on the headphones. When you turn on the headphones for the first time, the program takes a very, very long time to load, and then after a few minutes it disconnects from the wifi and tries to restart the program, this time it takes even longer and sometimes never connects. Even if you turn on the TV, load the program, and then turn on the headphones, but then want to change the program to another, it goes through the same process and turns off. It's not flexible at all in that regard. Voice quality is good. The design is not very, the headphones are difficult to put in the ear. It's difficult to manipulate the power and volume controls, which are high up and out of sight. The buttons are too small for the 76 year old man to use easily. I wish they worked but it's too frustrating. Can work well with wired TV.
