These shirts are sized for the neck and arms as per the description/choice, however the rest of the shirt is very, very large. I always buy a 17.5 1" neck and anywhere from 35" to 37" hands depending on the manufacturer. The neck fits perfectly, and the arms were a little long (not too bad since they measure up to a 37 "). The biggest problem is that the rest of the shirt is an XXXL shirt size Very big at the waist Shoulders are ok but should be sized for overweight people The amount of excess material in the center part was more than I could comfortably fit in Can be tucked into my pants Pocket on chest Huge, about a third more than the pockets of comparable shirts Quality is ok, on par with the low price Very light fabric (very thin) almost see-through Matching ties are good I'm 6'0” u nd weigh 210 pounds untov.
