I got in a car accident a year ago, and have been battling a herniated disc ever since. I was really struggling with sleep, because I would toss and turn from the pain, which in turn caused more pain; and working a retail job makes things ten times worse. I was looking for anything to help aside from muscle relaxers, and I saw a lot of reviews saying this pillow is great for back pain. So, why not, I've tried so many other things.This pillow has saved me many sleepless nights. It helps keep me in one spot while remaining comfortable, and it's also great for back support when I just want to sit up in bed and read or write. It does get pretty hot in the summer months, but honestly, I'll take being hot over back pain.Back pain is no joke, so I recommend getting this if you're having trouble sleeping.
