Review on BlueParrott Voice Controlled Cancelling Microphone Headphones by Andre Brignac

Not very loud even at maximum volume. I had the exact same thing for 3 years and it finally broke down. I liked it so much that I decided to buy the same one, but I think this one is defective. It's not as loud as my other one. Most of the time it is difficult to understand the person you are talking to on the other line. I've even tried it at home where there's no noise and it's still hard to hear.
