These shoes are very cute, but a little big. I ordered 10 for my daughter who is between 9/10. You are very big on her. I knew when I looked at them they looked way bigger than her other shoes. If you are in between sizes, I would recommend going down. Otherwise the quality seems good. The Velcro closure makes it easy to put on and take off. Great for wearing with dresses.
