Update: I contacted ZSCMALLS and they reviewed my photos and sent me a brand new one for free. So far the new one works great. The monitor is a bit dim but for the price it's a good buy and the company honors their warranty. Good thing and thank you! First Review: It was great as long as it worked properly. I only used it about 4 hours a day for about 20 days. Today I go to download and now the screen is flickering and there are little black bars all over the monitor. ports are good. Never drop or strain the device. I babysat him for the short time I had. Very disappointed that the monitor didn't even last two months.
