Poor condition and quality
The pictures show a belt-like stripe at the top of the skirt, both front and back. The skirt has this belt in the form of a ribbon at the front but not at the back. It's nothing more than a pleated waist, reminiscent of the waist of toddler pants. In general, the skirt looks cheap and vulgar. When I tried to return the item, the return shipping cost was deducted from the total cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
