I like that it syncs up with my EMR system so quickly (no more paper!) It has saved me countless hours during busy times by doing things such as automatically calculating an invoice amount or batching invoices to be printed out in one go! When you have several people working remotely from different locations then this really makes life easier when they are all trying hard not miss anything which can happen if everyone sends their own emails!! This would make our lives much simpler but unfortunately we do need other staff members who work locally sometimes too - otherwise what's point? We use orderx at both ends; remote employees send reports via email using Outlook 365 while local employee uses outlook desktop client directly after logging into computer/laptop etc.
