Works fine at 300x300 Here's what I used: - 2 "hands" that come with the mount - mounts from the mount ( there is more than you need, but there are different fasteners) - 2 nuts M8x1.25 (not included but not required) - washers and lock washers (need more than what came in the kit) I used top holes that match the top 300 holes in my TV, hold M6 screws and washers, that there are holes in the mounting plate that perfectly match the threaded holes in the brackets. I placed a large black spacer between the bracket and the plate (see pics) and used the longer M8 bolts that come in the kit. The hole on the arm is threaded so I don't think an M8 nut is required but I installed them as is. This will ensure that the through hole on the bracket lines up with the bottom holes on the TV. I used the longer M6 bolts that came with the kit and the large black spacers (remember we used the large black spacers to install the brackets) along with some washers and a bracket. Washers to attach the brackets to the TV. They won't line up parallel to the TV, but that's okay as the mounting head will tilt back and forth on the mount. If necessary, adjust the bracket with the tools provided and hang the TV, adjust if necessary. Again, this works with 300x300 with a little tweaking and a few washers, lock washers, and nuts.
