Product is not as described or shown in pictures

This product is not shipped as advertised. Rail is in two sections versus one. I ordered this twice hoping the first one was just a mistake however upon getting the replacement we found that they changed the part description but didn’t change the information in the product description. Asked us to just go ahead and install it, which we did not intend to do. Returned again however I do not not how we will get our refund yet.

Love the sturdiness of this set of rollers and rails. Very heavy duty.

Cons

The package came in damaged! When I went to reorder it was no longer in stock.
