They are good but not that good
I've had them for a few years now and they have disappointed me twice so far. When they work, they work well. If they fail, they fail. Customer service is good enough, but the quality of the internal components leaves a lot to be desired as the LED should last well beyond a few months of use. I will continue to return defective devices as they have lifetime coverage, but I'm sure it will become more like PITA over the years.
