Review on Vibram V-Run Men's Running Shoe by Steve Rohde

LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes! I've tried about 7 or 8 Vibram Five Finger models over the past few months and didn't care how they fit and returned them straight away, but as soon as I tried them on for the first time I knew I loved them fell in love :1. A break-in period is NOT required for anything, which is a big advantage for me. I want my shoes to work for me from the start - I don't want to work for them. So, like I said, when I first tried them on I realized that I could walk and that they are Guardians. 2. After the break-in period I had no blisters either. (I use socks which can make a difference) 3. Fits as expected, unlike some other Vibram models. I'm used to more minimalist shoes like the Inov-8 so I didn't step into the shoes as recommended. But I had no problems or pain because of it.5. Best of all - and I can't stress this enough - they have completely changed my running. In just 2 or 3 weeks of doing what I normally do, I was completely blown away by the distance I was able to run (with EASY) because it's more than double what I was able to run before . I sincerely believe that's because they allow all the muscles in my legs and feet to perform to their full potential while still being light and comfortable barefoot. I have already bought a second pair in a different color because I know I want to use these shoes as much as possible in the future. I really hope they don't discontinue this model soon. They're not for everyone, but if you think it might work I don't recommend them!
