I am 1.67 m tall and weigh 65 kg. I bought a medium size as my height and weight falls within that size. I think the tights are too long. When I walk, I feel like I'm sticking out from under my knees. Besides, it does what it's supposed to. It's thick, difficult to put on and feels really warm when you're walking around too much, but it definitely offers support and relieves foot pain. I will use it more often in winter to keep my feet warm. I will eventually buy another pair but in a smaller size to see if it helps avoid the bulging and pinching feeling under the knees.
