This tripod was great at first but then it gradually stopped holding my camera. The tripod eventually lost control of holding my camera while shooting and tilted back, damaging the $250 lens I attached to the camera. This tripod is NOT recommended. Due to these issues I have emailed Amazon as requested in the item description and attached the necessary information. Then, 5 days later, I receive a reply email from Efrain S. stating that I did not provide the information that was actually in the original email I sent. So I sent all the information again. It's been 2 days and still no reply. So then I jumped into the Revain chat to get absolutely nothing. In the end, frustrated, I asked to speak to someone higher up like the boss. This person insisted on trying to help me, but after constantly asking someone else to help me, finally agreed. It's been 27 minutes since I waited for someone to jump into chat with me. Then I decided to call customer service to talk to someone because now I'm just angry. Ironically, the person I chatted with is called Aditya, who also happens to be the person who answers the phone. I immediately asked to speak to the manager and received idle chatter in return. I explained that I was already fed up with this problem and didn't like the idea of talking to anyone anymore and wanted to talk to the manager. I was FINALLY able to speak to a member of the escalation team and Alejandro F. was fantastic, not only did he listen to the issue but he fixed it.
