This flash uses a round head. Similar to the Pro Photo version. Which costs about 800-1000r. This version of Godox is designed to produce a softer flash. This is a very powerful light source. The total output is 76 W/s, so there is a good amount of light. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery lasts incredibly long. 500 shots at full power. It uses 2.4GHz wireless system and can work with other Godox flashes. I use it with a Godox X Pro-S transmitter up to 100 meters. They now use a locking mechanism on my camera's hot shoe, which I think is much more reliable than turning a wheel to tighten the flash. I like to modify my / with a large softbox, mesh or umbrella depending on where I'm shooting. It also works really well on ceiling and wall reflections and creates a nice soft effect on my subjects. The head swivels and swivels back a few degrees, which is nice considering other models don't do it in the same way. TTL seems more accurate when getting consistent skin tones from your subject. Overall I would recommend this flash. This is high quality and only costs a fraction of the professional photo version. It has a lot going for it and I'll definitely be using it at my future gigs. I think what I would ask is that it does a really good job of making quality products at an affordable price.
