Review on WINSINN 50Mm Fan 5V, 3D Printer Micro 5 Volt Fans 5010 Hydraulic Bearing, Brushless Cooling 50Mmx10Mm 2PIN (Pack Of 5Pcs) by Bob Ramthun

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Horrible quality control. Three out of five fans were bad.

I put one fan in and it lasted one day and became so noisy I heard it upstairs and at the other end of the house. The bearings went bad right away.Put the second fan in and it started out loud. They say they’re quiet, but they are definitely not quiet. That one lasted a little over one day and then the bearings went bad on that one.I put the third one in and it was loud as well, but I needed to run the printer anyway until a different brand fan came in. I had bought this brand in the past and they were just OK.This experience was horrible. I definitely will not buy them again. Too many choices.

Pros
  • Great fan run smooth
Cons
  • The 50Mmx10Mm 2PIN design on this fan is outdated and inadequate for modern 3D printing needs
