This is the 'old style' without the mic extensions that attach to the forehead of the helmet - I found the 'old style' worked better, at least with the HBC200 base. unit revolution. All of this goes to show that Uclear speakers and the wiring in particular are the most fragile things ever made for a motorcycle. The reason you see so many replacement devices is that wires break and break regularly. I'm on my 4th set in 3 years and I'm not particularly picky about my gear. The wires are so thin that they cannot handle the movement of the helmet, putting it on and taking it off, etc. You'll see these comments all over the internet - why doesn't Uclear spend a little more to make a really strong helmet? The system is outside of me.
