This chair is quite comfortable compared to the small plastic chair I used before. I'm in college so I'm at my computer most of the time when I'm home, but I also enjoy streaming video games once in a while. The base of the chair you sit on was a bit tricky to put together because the screws didn't line up very well, but I managed to do it in the end. There's also those plastic pads that cover the metal that connects the seat to the back and they don't sit very firmly on the chair and wobble a bit which is annoying but the chair still works. Some screws are inserted into the bottom of the chair seat, so don't worry if you open the screw bag and only have 3 screws. The massage pad is pretty neat, it connects via USB so you can plug it into your computer or get a wall charger. When I first connected it to my computer, my mouse stopped working, but everything is fine now. Also in the photos, I think you can see that the shoulder pads vibrate, but that's not the case. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you GANK!
