When I got this chair I was happy to use the lunch break mode so I put an entire pizza on my stomach and reclined 165 degrees just for that much more than to find my lunch is about to break. The chair says "Gank" because it will unexpectedly kill you. As it turns out, there's nothing physically supporting the back of the chair. Ok it's a good chair but that's why it loses 1 star. Other parts appear to be relatively good, but an armrest has come loose. Not the part you screw it to, but a metal rod attached to the part you screw it into. I didn't have to assemble it, so I know it's not my job. But everything else is good, the only thing I don't like. Lumbar "massage" is more like a gentle vibrator. No massage.
